We are pleased to welcome two new members to our Board of Directors: Amy Gilmore, CPA, and Dinesh Bande, MBBS, MD, MBA, FACP. Both bring extensive experience, leadership, and passion to our mission. As the leading global non-profit dedicated to finding effective treatments and a cure for EHE, we are grateful that they are lending their time and talents to improve outcomes for people with epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE).

Amy Gilmore, CPA
Amy brings 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, and strategic leadership to the EHE Foundation Board of Directors. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of IGS Energy, where she helps shape the company’s financial strategy and ensures strong alignment between financial performance and long-term business objectives.
Before joining IGS Energy in 2013, Amy spent 12 years at Ernst & Young, serving multinational clients as a senior manager in the firm’s assurance practice. A certified public accountant, she holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Miami University and a master’s degree in accounting from The Ohio State University.
Amy has a long-standing commitment to community service and nonprofit financial stewardship. Over the past decade, she has served the Mid-Ohio Food Collective in multiple leadership roles—including Treasurer, Vice Chair, and Chair of the Board of Trustees—helping guide one of the region’s most impactful hunger-relief organizations.

Dinesh Bande, MBBS, MD, MBA, FACP
Dr. Bande joined the EHE Foundation Board in 2026 and brings more than 15 years of experience spanning clinical medicine, medical education, and healthcare leadership. He currently serves as Chair of Internal Medicine and Associate Dean of Academic and Clinical Integration at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences, and has held senior leadership roles at Sanford Health, where he has led initiatives in academic medicine, undergraduate and graduate medical education, residency and fellowship program growth, faculty development, and strategic partnerships. He also serves as Governor for the American College of Physicians, reflecting his broader leadership within organized medicine.
Dr. Bande is recognized for building collaborations across academic institutions, health systems, industry, and professional organizations to accelerate innovation in medical education. His leadership emphasizes interdisciplinary partnerships, technology adoption, and scalable solutions that improve educational quality, physician preparedness, and patient outcomes.
His depth of experience in physician workforce development and academic medicine brings valuable perspective to the EHE Foundation’s work connecting clinicians, researchers, and health systems to advance care for people with EHE.
