Seth Haddix, PhD

Seth earned his BS from McGill University and his PhD in Neuroscience from Texas A&M University, with a research focus on cancer, rare diseases, disease mechanisms, and treatment development.

In 2021, he began working as a Science Advisor with the CLOVES Syndrome Foundation, where he recognized the growing need for rare disease biobanking. Through that work, and in partnership with Patty Cogswell, he developed expertise in biobank creation and management.

As EHE Biobank Coordinator, Seth supports efforts to expand research resources and accelerate progress for people living with EHE. He brings strong scientific training, rare disease experience, and a thoughtful commitment to advancing the Foundation’s mission.
