LeeAnn Conner

LeeAnn joined the EHE Foundation Board in 2015 and brings more than two decades of experience in program management, marketing, human resources, executive leadership, and budget management. She retired in 2016 after concluding her military service as Director of the United States Army Retention Program at the Pentagon.

Within EHE Foundation, LeeAnn has contributed extensively in the areas of marketing, fundraising, and database operations. Her military and volunteer background has shaped a leadership style grounded in structure, process, diligence, and accountability.

She brings steady operational leadership and a strong commitment to advancing the Foundation’s mission.
