John McFadden, PhD

John brings more than 35 years of experience in healthcare, education, accreditation, and leadership. Over the course of his career, he has served as a nurse executive, faculty member, consultant, accreditation surveyor, and Vice Provost of the College of Health and Wellness at Barry University.

He has held leadership roles in a number of professional organizations, including service on the boards of the Florida Association of Nurse Anesthetists and the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, as well as leadership and committee roles with the American Association of Colleges of Nursing. He currently serves on the editorial board of the BHSF Nursing & Health Sciences Research Journal.

John has delivered more than 60 professional presentations and has contributed to journal articles, workshops, and textbook chapters. He brings a strong commitment to interprofessional collaboration, education, and patient-focused healthcare to his service on the Board.
