Amy E. Gilmore, CPA

Amy joined the EHE Foundation Board in 2026 and brings 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, and strategic leadership. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of IGS Energy, where she helps shape the company’s financial strategy and align financial performance with long-term business goals.

Before joining IGS Energy in 2013, Amy spent 12 years at Ernst & Young, where she served multinational clients as a senior manager in the firm’s assurance practice. She is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Miami University and a master’s degree in accounting from The Ohio State University.

Amy also has a strong record of community service and nonprofit financial stewardship, including leadership roles with the Mid-Ohio Food Collective as Treasurer, Vice Chair, and Chair of the Board of Trustees. She brings thoughtful financial leadership and governance experience to EHE Foundation.
